Wendy believes research is most powerful when it’s clear, focused, and built with the client in mind. In a world overwhelmed by data, she’s driven by the challenge of distilling what matters and uncovering insights that not only inform but inspire action.
Wendy holds a BA in Marketing and Media Communications from New York University. Her background spans brand strategy, media, research, and analytics, with an early foundation in custom market research.

Keri Pacella believes the best ideas live at the intersection of data, AI, and human curiosity. She’s passionate about turning raw insights into action, helping brands find the signal in the noise and build smarter, more resonant stories.
At Bregma, Keri brings together her love of research, storytelling, and innovation to help clients see their brands and audiences in new ways. She designs AI-driven strategies, surfaces key insights, and helps teams turn data into ideas that inspire action and spark dialogue.
Keri holds a BA in History from SUNY New Paltz. Over a decade in the industry, she has honed her expertise across entertainment, consumer, and healthcare brands, mastering an array of social intelligence and analytics platforms, and developing innovative AI-enabled workflows.
She has led insights and strategy for Fortune 100 brands and award-winning campaigns, built AI-driven processes for faster, smarter analysis, and developed training programs to elevate teams. Her work has contributed to campaigns recognized by Shorty and Digiday Awards.
